So here's the context of some of the performances: Outfit-changing lady sings about the days of the week in relation to how they fell in & out of love and matches each day with a new outfit The guy hitting on the judge was expressing his bitterness over unrequited or rejected love, as well as his intense feelings and used the judge, actress Angel Locsin, as his muse. Apparently they were "famous" lines the Orlando Bloom lookalike judge, actor Robin Padilla, delivered in some of his movies. The Maka Girls were singing in Bisaya, another Philippine language, thus why there were Tagalog subtitles so the audience knew what they were singing. Creepy guy with a baby sang the classic "Anak" or child, a touching song of a child growing up, getting into the wrong crowd, regretting everything, becoming a parent himself, and deeply appreciating his parents. The doll was just weirdly and creepily a prop to emphasize the point of the song.

I watch this weekly. The guy who was singing to actress-judge Angel Locsin and acting was actually kind of paying tribute to his idol, Robin Padilla, the judge beside Vice. He's an action star known for that brand of acting when he's doing romcom scenes. The guy with a great singing voice and a baby doll was actually singing a '70s classic, "ANAK" (CHILD), which has been translated all over the world in more than a hundred languages. It's about a child who was his parents' precious jewel when he was born and growing up. He was loved and cherished. But he returned that love in the worst possible way -- getting hooked on drugs and/or other vices, and he eventually lands in jail. The parents grieve for their son who has taken the crooked path...OMG, I'm kind of tearing up thinking of it, I don't know why. There have been worse performances than the ones shown here, though... I see you are LIVE now, unfortunately, I can't join you. Going back to work in a bit.

The reason why there's a baby there is because the song is actually dedicated to their children (sons and daughters), so even though he wasn't using the baby and just sitting there. It does contribute to his performance because that's what the song is about. Also, I believe the title of the song is "Anak" which literally translates to "children". It is sung by Freddie Aguilar.

The one with the doll is about a song related to a parent or child Anak translate to child. Though his voice was unexpectedly dope his dance moves were quite weird hahahaha that makes it looks like quite a comedic act. (He was able to sing like that without proper or professional training and wasnt able to watch anything that could not teach him how to sing for they dont have tv and electricity at thier place)
