Ooo I love how you can hear the ground squishing under his shoes! Emphasizes how wet it really is 👍

I'm glad I got the duel wheels. I had to mow half of my yard it was almost out of control. The duels made it float along and did not leave any ruts. Got to love Ohio weather.

Not exactly video related but we’ve got two ventracs and when we run through our swampy areas we tend to need to grease more often, have you considered or are planning on adding a central grease point that’s easy to access? One point to attach the grease gun to that sends grease to all of the most important points; some of the grease nipples are crazy hidden away and hard to get to for our staff. Thanks!

Talk about ground impact! For years I used my small 4x4 compact tractor with a belly mower to mow my yard, always had to wait until it was dry enough to mow, being steep on both sides with my driveway in the middle, I actually carved windrows from basically mowing the same path, it was terrible. With my 4500Z I still mow the same path with no impact all of that has went away! Now I have a awesome yard again!! And yes you can mow when it's wet! No problem! The roller on the finish mower deck eventually smooth out those windrows! Also if you have ground moles they pack up and leave! Seriously!! Definitely a great little tractor 👍

You have the Mid Weight Bar Kit on there. Nice! Until I started using it a few years ago, no one really realized how much that thing can help out

My property and my dads property has wet areas like this. Zero turns definitely get stuck.

I have a kt 4231td ventrac and I was curious if the attachments for the 4500 and 4520 will fit the 4231?

I believe that the Ventrac could do a lot of the easier fuel reduction work but I am concerned about the tires. How do they stand up to brush and rocks that like to puncture and cut tires?

Most traditional compact tractors have a locking rear differential, that's a tremendous bonus in addition to 4wd for uneven ground, or a case where one rear is in mud and another is not. However this doesn't have a locker, does it? If not, how does traction in mud or uneven terrain situations compare with a traditional tractor of equal cost?
@ventrac2 жыл бұрын
It's normally better because of the oscillation of the frame. Because the Ventrac pivots in the center and has oscillation built into that joint, the tractor keeps all 4 wheels on the ground consistently, even over extremely uneven terrain. Tackling the problem this way also delivers more consistent ground pressure at every corner which results in less or less severe ruts than the equivalent tractor with a locked differential encountering the same situation.

@@ventrac Thanks, I wondered if the oscillation was the key. I would still like to see a locker in addition to the oscillation but I realize that would probably raise the cost.

What are the most profitable attachments for the ventrac? I’m thinking the tough cut and maybe the area-vator…

Both are great attachments and do the job! Ultimately it depends on what you're looking for. Visit our Dealer Locator to find your local dealer and set up a demo today! www.ventrac.com/dealers?from=

Can you speak about the reverse effect- i.e. why is it recommended to have the dual wheels off when moving snow? or is there no difference? As always, great videos.
@ventrac2 жыл бұрын
Elvis, that is a great question! With single wheels only, the ground pressure is higher - which means more impact on the ground and better traction when pushing snow. Also, dual wheels make the tractor less maneuverable in tight spaces, around vehicles, etc. Thank you for watching!

I give you a 95 percentage of Good job but the question is when the mower is running it is a vacuum sucking down on the ground pull up on the grass so it can be top but it also sucks down on the ground and can pull the machine into the ground in a situation like that now show me the tractor working in the mowing position I would appreciate that but you leave doubt in my mind is a machine capable of doing that work and mowing condition you're not going to stop mowing because you see a a water puddle most guys are going to cross there fingers and see how it goes
