Havertz is way better upfront, I’ve said the same too, it’s clear for everyone to see actually. Arteta moved Harvertz back to midfield to accommodate Jesus. I love Jesus, but I don’t see how we can have both him and Havertz in the same team, well I guess Jesus could play on the left side and Havertz in the middle, but that would mean reduced minutes for Trossard and Martinelli, two players that I love so much. Havertz in the middle and Jesus in front (holds the ball for too long in my opinion) slowed our game down and we lost fluidity. You can see we were almost back to our fluid best today!

I should say I was very disappointed by Laurie piling on Havertz at half time. It seems that every time we don't play to some people's expectations, Havertz becomes the target. I think no matter what he does, he'll only be one game away from criticism. Saka wasn't having a good game, but people found it necessary to make it about Kai's perceived poor performance. I am glad he managed to silence his critics with two excellent goals.
