Claw Machine is honestly such a ridiculously strong arena card, it's insane. Decently high damage removal that draws you a really strong minion for a guaranteed follow up play, even if the minion is normally weak. Insane.

I love arena far more than ranked standard or wild. Standard just feels pointless to play after d5. Arena is the only level playing field in hearthstone. The meta for standard is fun until I hit the d5 ceiling. Casual is fun as well. The only mode I can win 5+ rounds in a row, besides arena. My best arena run is 6 with priest and demon hunter.

See, the priest playing 10 cards it didn't start with, to me, isn't traditional CCG variance. Traditionally, variance was initially determined by pre-game decisions on all players sides: What their decks contain, what is in the pool of cards that can be used as well as your basic, traditional "randomized card order". You never know if a card is going to be dead in your hand or not, sure, but the deck construction rules and the known card pool allows you to minimize the instances of such in a very unvaried manner. Discover Priest is just like... Playing cards that allow you to rifle through your collection for the first 3 eligible cards and pick one. They're much less limited by deck construction. These cards just come out of nowhere. It undermines the point of having a deck or even being a card game in the first place.
