I don't think so Shyam lal college is quite a good college. It has all the facilities that a du college has and the infrastructure of shyam lal is quite good as compared to other off campus colleges like MAHARAJA AGARSEN COLLEGE, DESHBANDHU, AUROBINDO, etc. The library of shyam lal is One of the best. I think you will get all the facilities in the college. And again DU ke colleges mai lagbhag lagbhag same facilities milengi such as teachers are allotted centrally. Cleanliness is also theek. Students are also theek thak (general category) zyadatar students scored 95% in their boards. So yeah here is my say on SHYAM LAL. and yeah it is well connected to 2 lines pink and red both Metro station - welcome 20-25 mins away from laxmi nagar, north campus central delhi. 10 mins for kashmere gate from the welcome station. At the end i would say north campus is the bestest place wha ke colleges and vibe to hai hi best lekin north campus ke colleges or south campus ke kuch colleges ko chorr kar saare off campus colleges lagbhag same experience denge. It's just that north and south ke colleges are in a cluster. Padhai same, exam papers same, facilities sarkari college ki jaisi hoti hai waisi hi milegi zyada kuch farak nhi hai genuinely speaking. That's it

Najafgarh is not bad bro, this college is in a particular village, whereas u get buses most frequently as there is a bus depot, i am not recommending this college but yeah, najafgarh is not bad at all, not even specifically an industrial area, but this college is in outskirts of najafgarh and in a particular village. Also its a girls college only. HOPE IS HELPS.😊

Choosing the option 'Upgrade' will mean that the candidate consents to consideration of an offer of admission to a Program + College Combination of his/her higher preference in the subsequent round (if any). His/her current admitted seat will be auto canceled if new preference(s) is/are allocated. A candidate who opts for 'Upgrade' can also reorder the Program + College Combinations that were higher in preference than the allocated one. The Program + College Combination in which s(he) had taken an admission earlier will never be offered to the candidate in any subsequent round. Similarly, the Program + College combinations which were below in the preference order at which the candidate had taken an admission earlier will never be offered again to the candidate in any subsequent regular allocation rounds. The upgrade option will not be available for the candidate who was allocated his/her first preference. It will be the responsibility of the candidate to keep checking for 'Upgrade' options in all rounds of seat allocations. Failure/inability to participate in the upgradation process will not be considered a grievance in any circumstance. A candidate who gets upgraded will have to 'Accept' the upgraded seat and complete the admission procedures on the upgraded Allocated Seat/s. If a candidate does not do any activity on the upgraded seat/s, it will, by default, be considered canceled and the candidate will be out of CSAS(UG)-2024. For example mera bcom program tha udhar and overall experience bura hi tha because faculty utni khas nahi thi plus crowd bhi badiya nahi tha.. but in arts side like pol sci hons history hons the faculty was way better! one thing I liked about this college was ki fests hote rehte the.. but ye college jis area me hai woh utna khas nahi hai... so personally I'd suggest you to not take admission here.. And i thought girls college hai it'd be nice but bhot weird type ka crowd hai udhar!!

Sorry for disagreeing, But if u are not a part of these colleges then u have no right to declare them as worst just on the basis of opinions of people(again who themselves aren't in that college). People who are part of NIRF Ranking are not illiterate or uneducated that they be placing slc at rank 67, just one below Ramjas. Being a student at this college, i agree that campus is not as big as popular college and yea even fests are not done at that large scale as compared to colleges like srcc, but the teachers and faculties are equally well and highly qualified. If i talk about politics then none college is behind, elction times m har college m gandiii wali politics hotii h but on other days SLC is equally peaceful. Baki toh government authorities pagal nhiii h jo SLC ko A++ accredited kiya h, and jinhe aap acha college btate ho, they are still at A or A+. Rest to all, i would just advice that don't get fool in these youtubers fake claims, there are students in my class who are from general category and scored more that 720 even, so just go for the course you want, college shall be ur second priority.
