WORST experience EVER! 'Luxury' Acanthus & Cennet Barut Collection Hotel Turkey

Hello and Welcome to Turkey,
The Acanthus & Cennet Barut Collection hotel is a lavish 5-star resort located in the picturesque town of Side, Turkey. Nestled on the country's southern coast, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. Side is renowned for its stunning beaches, ancient ruins, and bustling nightlife, making it a popular tourist destination.
The hotel has many accommodations, including rooms, suites, and villas. The rooms are beautifully furnished and equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi to ensure guests' comfortable and convenient stay.
However, we had a disappointing experience during our stay at this hotel. Despite its impressive appearance and the promise of top-notch customer service, the reality was quite different. The staff seemed indifferent towards guests and were not accommodating. We were left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with our stay, and unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel to others. Luxury hotels must provide high customer service and empathy towards their guests. The guests' safety and valuables should be at the top of the list.

Been looking at the videos, hotels in sharm are much nicer from what I see, and much cheaper too with snorkelling and diving right from the hotel's beach.

My stay at the Sundia Exclusive by Liberty Fethiye in April this year (2024) was absolutely the worst. Despite being labeled as a 5-star hotel on TripAdvisor, it was far from it. Located in Dalaman, the hotel was a complete disappointment. I was duped into believing it would be a luxurious experience, but it turned out to be anything but. The most disturbing part was the presence of bed bugs. I still have the bite marks as a painful reminder of my stay there. The overall quality of the hotel did not match its supposed 5-star rating. The food was poor, and the amenities were severely limited. My advice to anyone considering this hotel: avoid it at all costs! PS: I did enjoy the Barut Lara and Hemera (Stayed around 12 times before) but am next intending to go to the Rixos and Maxx Royal! Can't wait! Yet Barut generally is best for the money and very clean, good amenities for all ages.

I regret hearing about your negative experience. It is unacceptable and disappointing when luxury hotels fail to meet expectations and provide a satisfactory service. I hope you will have better experience in Rixos. It is a very good brand.
