Ashole eto boro sleeper bus toh. Trip er expense ta cover up korte hobe anyhow. Tai online e seats sell na hole tokhon counter e hoe. Shekhane passenger er gender dekhe na. Khaali pelei allot kore dai. Setai hoeche apnaar shathe. Onek operators kore eta. Sometimes they pick up passengers from the middle of nowhere. Jaihok it's good everything got sorted up.

I am sorry to say this, but when your problem was sorted out in such a professional manner, why do you have such a negative & misleading caption? You yourself have admitted that it's a very luxurious and comfortable bus, and the service was good.
