He's probably right about the music. According to MobyGames, both Shrek TH and Jinx have music made by a Liverpool based company called Game Audio Ltd. Their website is no longer up, but you can check it in the Wayback Machine up to early 2011. They used to list their most recent works, and it includes some big titles such as Twisted Metal Head On, Driver 3 and Parallel Lines, and plenty of licensed stuff.
