The kid that was doing the squats with the sideways lean, is a mentally challenged high school kid with tons of mobility issues. He and all of the other students were extremely happy and proud he was able to do this. They recorded this child to hype him up and make him feel great about himself. They got so much negative publicity from this that the kids and the school came out and made a statement on the news. This is not a video to poke fun at this child but a video to make him feel good... His parent, the teachers, the other kids were celebrating this as a win for him.

Afterwards all his school friends said it destroyed him as he was already being bullied at school and was doing this to fit in with his school friends.. He was doing this with a PT as he has physical disabilities and is also special needs. I'm really disappointed that the fellas didn't do the most minimal of research and joined in laughing at him with their massive platform. Not cool. #dobetter

If youre at the gym, you see someone thats seemingly doing something wrong, if you wanna help but are worried about what James mentioned, try starting by asking something like “hey, i don’t mean to bother you, but are you just doing regular squats?” And if they say yeah say “cool, just as a tip, it might work better if you do this” etc
