I can absolutely applaud Tim McGraw's humanitarianism. He does a lot for charity, & I will always respect him for that. However, I absolutely can't stand his singing voice! I heard "Don't Take The Girl" on the school bus constantly at the time; it's a wonder I survived.

Greetings from the US! I'm actually writing out retrospectives for my favorite and least favorite media from 1994 (the year of my birth) onward and I too was gobsmacked at how dull and insipid the big hits were on my side of the Atlantic. I think the only song on that whole list in my regular rotation is "Mary Jane's Last Dance." Perhaps that's a sign I shouldn't restrict myself to the hits.
