RUS is the only organization that is in the field doing this work to reduce the suffering of the afflicted people. It's easy to say that they missed removing jiggers when don't no the exact prognosis

Dorice always do a very good job. She is not a qualified surgeon but she holds that little blade with precision. She is to commended . It takes patience and guts to sit and have some put their feet in her lap and do such a good job. It has to be uncomfortable at some times . I just love Dorice for being such a wonderful person . Bless her heart .

You just need to ignore these people. Most of us understand the difficulties doing this amazing work. Just wish we could have longer videos.

Not all jiggers can be removed in one sitting for a variety of reasons. Marks that look like jiggers may not be and vice versa. Also another person washes and checks the patient at the washing station and checks the feet. Do give over with your complaints that the jiggers are being dug badly. You don’t know what you are talking about!

Unfortunately the social media is full of armchair experts. It also shows how rude people can be without consequences or pushback to their ignorant views. I would hazard a guess, that even though you are a Christian jim and turn the other cheek, they wouldn't dare say to your face what they typed. For you may be a peaceful hearted man but you dont seem to suffer fools gladly! And people dont want to be told they are fools, especially when its true!
