If you are so keen about their communication skills you should have asked them to submit GRE or TOFEL score. If you are not interested in their communication, you could have interviewed them in their mother tongue. Don't tease candidates who are desperate for job. Everyone has unique skill sets, as there wise wording "english is a language not knowledge". I am reporting this video as discrimination, requesting everyone else to do the same.
