Lakmé needs to get in with the times. Literally not everyone is obsessed with having white skin now and a very good significant proportion of indian women know about the do's and dont's about makeup specifically the matching your foundation/concealer shade thing. It's absolutely preposterous that they being an indian brand do not cater to every shade of indian women. Like not everyone of us are light or pale skinned. Also no not every dark skinned women in india wants to look fair with their foundation, chuck that ashy rubbish into the bin along with the whiteness obsession.

Greeting from Thailand, Jovi! You got me when mentioning the darkest tone foundation. Same situation here that so often the darkest foundation in the shelf is not dark enough for me. I give up on applying foundation and feel like freed. Foundation is surely the most expensive thing in the cosmetics list, and it is to the point that you could hate yourself when you pick the wrong tone. I wear makeup much less this year esp. when the pandemic hits us, so except the foundation I don't get many things to hate. Love your vid as always! Even when you say don't buy these makeups, you still make them desirable.

That’s a similar issue I had with my sigma 3D blender, it’s comparatively hard than the original beauty blender, in fact, I got the Sephora beauty sponge from US which was just $10 & much better than this one. Then I read on the packaging box that sigma advises not to directly pick up the foundation or concealer with the blender but they suggest to first apply the foundation on the face & then blend it with this blender! I mean why?!?!? Doesn’t make sense bcoz the whole point of beauty sponges is to make application & blending easier & faster!

I bought maybelline creamy matte in the shade touch of spice by recommendation of a malayalam youtuber but it not suitable for medium skin like mine as she suggested 😐now i had to mix it with another lipshade. 🙁love your videos 😊😊

Nykaaa mini matte lipstick bullet one Those are just worst lipstick Firstly u have to apply 4-5 layers to get the color then it's not even matte and alsoo it's so small that not even worth buying Please dont buy that guys instead go for Maybelline lipsticks by giving Rs40-50 extra and u will get full size good product

That Kay beauty lip strobe or gloss whatever... u gave a perfect description of that. I hated it in the first moment. I actually got it free with my other Kay beauty purchase like a brown liquid eyeliner. It just don't show and has weird pigment to it like terracotta😏 the highlighter came broken and I had go through the shitty return process of nykaa.. And I regret getting all of it now..

The kay beauty gloss is just supposed to be a lip topper....you’re just supposed to apply it on a certain sections of your lips to highlight on top of your lipstick...thats why they made the applicator so small

Is it weird that I really liked the Huda liner...I got it as a gift, like when it came out and let me tell you, my liner game was so on point when using it! (like supppper crisp!!) To the point where people were asking me what I was using lol BUUUTT...I agree...its soooooo annoying to take off!

Does the nykaa lipstick smell like something very disgusting and chemically ? Just unbearable to wear and the smell doesn't even fade off? Because what you've been describing I've been facing with pretty much all of my nykaa lipsticks but somehow no one talks about it. Whenever I order a nykaa lipstick even the ultra matte. Idk if it's an ingredient reaction within the formula or if the formula just isn't heat resistant/heat stabilized (or something of that sort if that's a thing) because unlike other lipsticks I think nykaa ones change their smell if the heat increases esp. during transit and if it's too hot outside. I live in Delhi so I've ordered them multiple times and I've given up. It smells disgusting and you can't do anything to get rid of it. I just Store them in the fridge year round because in the fridge the smell does not increase and stay in whatever condition it is in. If I take it out even for a day it starts getting worse. So I think it's not an issue with the sponge part but the lipstick itself.

The worst product for me was Nykaa Creme to Powder Compact in Sweet Caramel 04. This is supposed to be on the darker shade but when you apply it is so white and not blendable at all. I don't know how to use this up . Not working with other products as well..huhh

Here's mine worst makeup list: Swiss Beauty Art Mousse (Doesn't stick to my eyelid. Colors are so beautiful but doesn't stick) Faces Canada Ultimate Brow Defining Pencil (I literally had that moment when u said that thing about eyebrow pencil) LA girl pro light contour cream (makes me look like a clown) Wet n Wild Coverall Face Primer (smells like fevicol) Faces Canada Weightless Stay Matte Compact (the darkest shade is too light for me) But I found the K-Beauty kajal pencil the best kohl pencil that I had ever used

Hey you can use the Nykaa wonderpuff on your cheeks as a tint...although I didn’t face any problem with my wonderpuff yet and if it doesn’t smell that bad using it as a tint would be good I guess
