I loved Black Sheep but I do agree with you about the twist! Trying to imagine how that would have hit if it came later in the book is blowing my mind and would have been an even crazier time 😆

Some of the books you didn't like did surprise me. I did like The Nicest Couple and Happy Place and loved The Black Sheep. But I loved hearing your thoughts about them.

I am off put by Mary Kubica from reading the Good Girl. The descriptions and language she chose to use about black people in that book was so offensive that I just can't get move past it and read another book of hers unfortunately. I don't think that's one of her popular ones because no one ever mentions that one.

We are each entitled to our own opinions and feelings. I read a Mary Kubica last year The other Mrs. I really liked it but wasn’t thrilled with Local women missing. And read Ever summer after last year and wasn’t impressed either. 🙅‍♀️
