My older brother had the same problem and nobody knew about it, so eventually he couldnt take the pain anymore and he was already in a bad place, he ended up unaliving himself, I miss him everyday... But im really glad you are okay now, and im wishing good luck on your full recovery 🥰😍

I'm so glad you're doing okay, I'm a physical therapist and I deal with so many cases of chronic back pain due to many reasons, its really a struggle, and I'm glad that now you're doing well and healthy. Stay strong and make sure your muscles are strong and healthy.
