34:30 that's not true. Everyone experience panic attacks differently. There are times when you're freaking out internally but on the outside you're calm af. It's after the moment passes, all your emotions come to the surface, like how Tiff said she wanted to cry afterwards. Gina's could have been a mixture of panic, with the loud sound startling her body and dehydration (48:12 lol). 46:50 Studies say millennials have contributed to the decline of cow's milk over the years. Makes sense here 😂

Ahh Gina I’ve had two panic attacks like that! The “I’m definitely dying, don’t want to bother anyone… hmm so this is what dying feels like” then you eventually pass out from exhaustion. Both happened alone in bed (roommates were asleep). It’s a weird feeling of accepting death yet understanding that medical attention would be wise 😅 I’ve had two other panic attacks that seemed to be more “medical emergencies” but the difference was that I had those in front of people. One while driving with a friend so I HAD to pull over and she helped me recover, and the other was coincidentally in a doctor’s office so I got help there too. But damn, maybe I have an underlying heart condition or something ugh 🙃

Sounds like Gina had sleep paralysis. I happens when your body is tired, but your mind is still wide awake. So your body shuts down and sleeps before your brain does.

What Gina felt is I think the onset of a sleeping paralysis which happens to me too several times, I dont know if it is what I think it is but it happens to me especially if I am super tired.. just drink water before bed cuz dehydration also causes that

I think gina had sleep paralysis? I have it very often and i know that it happens when i get interrupted or surprised while im almost falling asleep. I get tingles on my arms and legs and i feel like i can’t breathe at all and i can’t stay in one position. Everytime it happens i have to get up, massage my body and stretch. i have to completely wake up then i can go back to sleep otherwise it keeps happening nonstop.

Ive had similar things happen to what Gina was talking about. Only once when i was in bed asleep, I woke up and its like my body went into shock. It scared me, my ears were ringing, body hot and cold, and I felt nauseated. I was taking an antibiotic then. Dk if it was related. Another time was when I was sick with a flu or bad cold, it just hit me suddenly, i got extremely sweaty and i blacked out for a second. My body felt like an anchor, it went away after 10min, I thought it may have been low blood sugar. In high school I had two vaccines, walked to the bathroom and suddenly my body fell limp, ringing ears, hot/cold, and almost passed out. Thought it may be needles or that sensation of liquid being injected into my body grosses me out. And similar thing happened when i saw blood dripping from my dogs ear, when it was nicked by a rose bush. Soooo honestly idk wth it is. The first two sound like dehydration or low blood sugar, the second two sound psychological. There were a few other incidents, medical related (eyes were dialted, certain medication and application method, getting blood drawn) that sent me into that nauseated/weak feeling. The other times I wasnt expecting it to happen. But both produced the same results.

When Tiff brought up G-Force, my immediate first thought was the Heisei era Godzilla movies. Lol My panic attacks have simply involved a racing heart and hyperventilating.... typically during a thunderstorm or if I hear a firecracker go off. The combo of autism spectrum disorder and panic is no joke.

Tiffs ladybug story reminded me about when we where kids we would catch lady bugs and squish them and put them on our eye lids or draw designs on our skin so it would glow. It would only ever last for a few minutes and looking back I'm not even sure we washed it off once we where done playing as it was no longer glowing i think we forgot we had bug guts on us lmfaooo

I think I had what Gina had before when I was younger😔 I Remember my vision was shaky and I couldn’t hear very good like my ears were ringing I couldn’t understand anybody talking to me and I couldn’t move my legs 😞😞😞. I think it was dehydration but I’m not sure it was so scary tho 😅
