Narela is a place in Haryana near Delhi Border... Naranaul is also a place in Haryana both are different places one is a small city which is Narela and otherone is a district which is Narnaul... My mother-in-law's mayaka is near Narela but we never heard about the skydiving thing over there... Only place in Haryana where you can learn skydiving is Narnaul abhi tk toh
