There is a deal between Sony and Marvel. If Sony pictures use any Spiderman Villain in live action. Marvel can't use it in Tom Holland spider man movie. Purpose of saying that. They wanna indirectly hitting Marvel. So marvel studios can't move with sinister six storyline perfectly. Or something like blockage to use full potential of spider man stories.
