Your Elluna takes are interesting. She gets a half reset on her dash (either/both) if she dashes through a teammate, full reset if she dashes through two. Each time dashing through a teammate reduces her heal cooldown by 1s. There is a ton of room for mechanical play, dashing through teammates into range to fight, then back out again to heal or regen mana, all while being a nuisance to actually finish off. Her ult still lets you use all your other skills while channeling, so it's just a free, massive heal if you can stay in range, with a res for backup if the ally dies. Combined with the ramping damage on M1, she holds her own in extended fights, or diving in to assassinate squishies and escape safely.

I climbed to master III despite being ass at the game with myth so with complete bias I feel like she is S tier. You can win fights before they start with a good ult, arrow rain is great control and can help prevent 3rd party or your team being chased over the abyss but most importantly she is the rat queen. With amplifier ain't nobody catching her if there are any walls nearby. i've had so many wins where my team gets wiped and I make it out through walls and get the rez like 3 times before we get a good 3rd party to end the game. Although this is a different kind of S tier I guess. This is which character will take you to the highest rank, not exactly which character can you stomp the hardest with if you are good. With myth you might have lower 1st places but probably higher average placements. At least if you are always ready to run from a lost fight quickly.

Joule has alot of damage but she is a very all-or-nothing character like Felix (you miss one skill shot = your damage and mobility go from 100 to 0) aside from the fact that felix doesn't have any real skill shots to land. She also takes a lot of time to build up her potential, so she needs a lot of time to be bought by her team like Ghost. With these two factors I don't think I would put her on the same level as Brall who has both more mobility and just as much damage without the downsides.

She is closest to A tier (out of all the others) but you made the comment, "I think I would pick almost any other character above her..." so that means you would put her below all the others and she should be in more like D tier in your personal opinion?

I don't understand why people say jin is fine, he is weak imo, most characters have multiple ways to counter his E and he heavily relies on that one skill. You absolutely need someone else to help you blow their cd's otherwise its super hard. especially if they use peel powers, then it really is impossible. celeste: (wall, dash, ult) brall: he has tons of push back, air rmb stun, 3 dashes, his grappling hook, and his invuln ult. he has 4-5 ways to counter your E and without your E you get out damaged, out sustained by him. Not to mention he can chase you but you can't chase him. He is significantly more mobile. kingpin: if you trade e with him you die, if you get hooked you die, if you use your dashes and he just ults, you die. if you attack him without your E, he out damages you up close. if he is playing dash auto attack kite build, good luck. bishop: (3 stack dash, punch, ult) shiv: infinite dash as long as she hits her auto after dash, also dagger teleport. oath: do I need to explain? Joule: rmb, dash, ult, maybe even her E but it's unreliable compared to her other options so I'm leaving that out. myth: her wall shenanigans + her rmb makes it really hard to deal with her. I see myth players seeing your dagger then getting hit by it intentionally to rmb you into wall. hudson: good ones put spike under themselves when you are engaging and you get grounded, pretty much kills you with just that if his team is around. if enemy team has hudson, oath and they stick together, good luck "solo" carrying that fight. even if you flank him perfectly he can still dash away back into his team. void: if he is really mad and one man ults you, it's over. if he hits his stun, it's over. other than that he is one of the weaker ones against jin I would say because his movement ability is doodoo. I think jin is straight up bad. His buff was giga pointless because dagger is super bad anyways. I think he is bottom 5. I just don't see how he is not. I can only put couple of characters below him like shrike, ghost, elluna and maybe void but that's about it.

So this isnt a time traveling tier list, were are talking about the meta, which inherently means the plays to make right now, in the present. So please put hudson in SSS+ until we actually see the nerfs. But for my time traveling tier list I am going to put Void in SSS+ because I know he will get buffs as I am a dev mind reader.

how does someone who played the game for so long, was sponsored, and creates most of the popular content for said game spread so much meaningless misinformation for 12 minutes... your criteria for what "carry" defines shifts each couple of hunters, the gameplay shown barely gave merit to examples or points, and the tierlist itself seems completely randomly generated. (benefit of the doubt here, because i dont want to assume that youre deliberately putting the controversial hunters in weird placements purely to create artificial engagement in the comments or ragebait) to clarify, carry potential in a game like this will heavily revolve around 4 simple concepts : Area of Effect, Crowd Control, Movement, and Burst Damage. shrike for example, would have a much easier time kiting or winning over a team fight solo by tunneling enemies and taking them out one by one, range and burst damage potential is extremely critical. to think "but oh, if your teammates die and youre in the middle of the enemy team as shrike, youre dead as well so she's weak" well guess what? so would any other hunter in that situation, to carry is to be able to have the kit to do well over a drawn out fight that involves kiting or taking out enemies one by one. hudson however, would completely suck at that due to the extremely predictable fire range and limited mobility, what makes him scary is his damage output when ignored or cant be focused. every single placement on the tierlist feels intentionally off and i would have loved better points from an expert at the game instead of this waste of time.

Honestly bad list imo. S tier are solid but shrike and hudson need to go higher. Shrike is probably the second best pub destroyer if you can actually aim. Only like top % shivs, jins etc take her out easily. Hudson also is just atm best character period. If this is solo q climb tier list and he is best character at the game atm he needs to be up there.
