WORST traffic in the world?! Exploring Kampala, Uganda's bustling capital city! (Amazing place) 🇺🇬

Kampala was an absolute highlight of my trip around East Africa. Uganda's bustling and thriving capital city is a highlight on many levels - its traffic notwithstanding. The city boasts some of the most congested streets in the world, and the traffic here was horrendous - but, if you can look past the jaw-dropping and heart-stopping near-misses, the city boasts a ton of character, charm, and some of the friendliest locals in Africa.
I toured the city's Independence Monument, did a coffee tour around the city (next video!), and took a guided tour of the impressive National Mosque of Uganda (also known as the Gaddafi Mosque). All in all, I was incredibly impressed by Kampala - even if it did shave a few years off of my life!

Sometimes they gave a helmet (Safe Boda does) - otherwise, I didn't use a helmet! But, of course I recommend that everyone use a helmet - there were moments when the driving became so crazy that flipping the boda-boda was a real threat.

Been in Kampala year ago. It is very intense, I got sensory ovewhelming in about 2 days. Superbusy place. But what I recommend is trying their railway!
