One thing I think that makes Iron Baron more evil is that it is heavily implied that on his expedition to claim the dragon blade in Oni Land, he killed his own people and claimed the Oni did it. We know the average Ninjago villain doesn't care much about their minions, but this is the first instance where one villian went out of their way to actually kill their own followers.

Pythor released the devourer who died and accidentally awakened the stone warriors who were very important in bringing the overlord to ninjago which caused Zane to die which caused the ninja to go to the tournament of elements to get him. This resulted in garmadon being sent to the cursed realm which released morro who released cursed realm.when the cursed realm died clouse escaped and released nada khan. Also the devourer killed Harumi’s parents which caused harumi to turn evil and release garmadon. Harumi also released the overlord in crystallized So pythor caused basically all the wilfilm seasons of ninjago so he is a HUGE threat

What is with people for liking harumi so much i will never get it. She had only one motive wich she repeated over and over (Aspheera?). She literally came from supporting Overlord who gave her a new life to cutting off his arm bc she realised he made the gd bad, and i know it was in crystalized, but its still part of ninjago. The only thing standing for her is the plot with killing her parents and betraying lloyd but it still is the level of Aspheera.
