Yeah same. However, when one of them stays behind with 2 or 3 phones, I take issue with that.

I do Spark in the hometown of Walmart headquarters. The supercenter is across the street from the home office. I talked to some people at that store about the bots/scammers. They told me that spark is doing batched shopping orders and sending them out as timed offers to help offset bots. They said the bot programs can't pick up those shops because of something (can't remember what he said). I don't know if I believe that is the reason they do it but I have gotten several 2-shop orders recently.

Batched shopping isn't in my area yet. If this is true that'll help. Still won't prevent the multiple phones/accounts issue.

@@firststatedelivery Yeah, I'm not really sure that is why they are doing the batched shops. Seems like it benefits Walmart more than drivers to do that lol. And yep, won't help the multiple accounts/phones at all

@@OKslotsoffun We've had batched 2 customer shopping orders in my 2 store home market for about a month now Many of these offers pay little, to nothing for the additional shopping, organization, separation, bagging and loading labor, nor the additional delivery to the additional customer miles away from the other I've accepted dozens of dual shops, however well paying offers are far and few between I'm generally better off waiting for a low item count low mileage single shop, or well paying curbside offer I have some regular shopping customers who I've made literally dozens of deliveries to, so I know the base pay, and tips well Now my offers to shop and deliver to these customers are pretty much the same, yet Walmart is adding a second customer miles away, with no increase in pay One of the benefits is the fact that many reject the batched shopping offers, so I have some shopping offers to choose from. or more shopping offers to choose from when things are slow I'm used to shopping multiple InstaCart batches, so that's another benefit Many Spark drivers are making mistakes with batched shopping trips as they're not used to organizing, separating and isolating items in a single grocery cart, or they're mixing loose items, bulk items, and bags, loading them into the same area of their vehicles, delivering the wrong things to the wrong customers The dual shops are bad news for customers as now they have to wait much longer for shopping and delivery, especially if one of the orders is large, or time consuming to shop

My uninformed opinion is that without customer complaints, Walmart will do nothing. People get their goods, Walmart gets their money and life moves on. Walmart needs people to deliver the crap, and these people deliver the crap. Unless and until enough customers complain about the delivery, nothing will happen. I'm not saying give up. I think you should keep reporting. Maybe someone with some integrity will finally step up and do something. But it's probably going to be a long road. Hopefully the scammers will move on before then.

When I'm not delivering, I'm working on my resale business. Between the 2, I'm working 12-14 hours a day most days of the week until my debt is gone. If I can't Spark, I always have something to do with my business. I'd rather focus on income than repair most things myself.

I don't know if they're illegal.. I don't think the shopper has a driver's license because he is always shopping. The others have a license and should be here on at least a visa.
