Maaaaaaan, letting go of worldly music was one of the first things the holy spirit convicted me of I just let it go. I hate it now and everyone around me knows not to play that around me. There are some songs that aren't bad where they tried to sing positivity but most of it stinks and is foul!

Time to love me invest in the fact that I am enough. Men want us to heal them when we get them healed they walk away from us. I am enough I will know that!!!

That's horrible.
@anothersinnersavedbygrace6 ай бұрын
People walk away when you're healed because they benefited from your brokenness or because they can't use any excuses around you for not trying to heal themselves. You make them see how they may be falling short (in their mind). Plus, I think God removes ppl who we no longer "need" or those who will hold us back. Sometimes we use ppl as bandaids and dont realize it also. God will remove your bandaid, once you're ready, to heal you further. I'm currently going through a healing/unlearning process and it gets lonely sometimes... in the end tho, we'll be better/stronger for having obeyed/working with God and not against. Then when we've healed/learned enough, maybe we will love a different type of man. ❤

Hmmmmmm. Perhaps you were choosing to go into the relationship trying to be their doctor, god, or Savior and that is apart of the problem. We must choose to examine self and heal self with the help of the Lord without trying to change others. I pray your strength in the Lord in Jesus' name. AMEN. I have been there and done that. I had to allow God to open my eyes and heal me.

I remember Donnell Jones's Where I Wanna Be was how I was living my life. And whenever I sang that song it only reaffirmed my actions and I felt no conviction at the time. Music does influence your behavior regardless of whether some people disagree. Satan knows how to make sure good bears "feel" gopd so that you focus more on what you're feeling instead of what you're thinking about. America is always talking about how they feel about this or that but not about what they think about this or that. That's part of the problem.

Thank you for that beautiful sermon, I learned a lot in acknowledging myself as a ruby and never satisfy this world by being a rock. God will bless me with what I deserve and who I deserve, I'm a Ruby I don't have high standards, I'm a Ruby and a man who know what a ruby looks like they can acknowledge me as such, a Ruby.

30:37 🙋🏾♀️, yes. I've been there. The bible verse below is very true. Two gospel songs played and I got phone calls but I didn't accept 1 Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.
