I would grab a few stuffed animal bears when I would go thrift shopping and put them in my patrol car. i would use them on DV calls with kids or just pass them out when a kid would wave at me.

Pierre Cardin, pronounced Car- dan [french] famous clothing designer, 70's and 80's like all designers dabbled a little in other areas, belts, purses, wallets and other acceseries. Very well known for his blue jeans..Love the hair girl..

Oh yes, the Christmas trees made from vintage jewelry have been a “thing” for quite awhile. The first one I ever saw was... 40 years ago. I made one from my mom’s jewelry as a memento after she passed away. I treasure it! Mine isn’t lit though.

What kind of glue did you use? I bought one and resold on eBay. The glue didn't hold and some of the pieces fell off during shipping. I want to repair it but wasn't it to hold tight!

I have my moms old jewelry Christmas tree and when I looked last year on eBay they went for a pretty penny. Of course I’d never sell mine it is priceless to me. In fact I followed suit with her and maid a vintage brooch wedding bouquet for my daughters wedding this last June. I wish I could attach a photo of both of them here, but can’t so you will just have to use your beautiful mind to imagine them. 😘

I find that Goodwill is the best place to get the holiday decor like you were doing. I bought a ton of stuff at an antique store that closed last year for my booth, but very little of it had a holiday theme. So, Goodwill fills the gap very nicely.

You might try a can of compressed air to gently dust more fragile things. ( the computer air but don’t shake the can, it’ll freeze up. I use it all the time to clean the Roomba filters outside).

The jewelry Christmas trees are lovely but take hundreds of pieces of vintage costume jewelry to make - at least 200-400+ pieces! The price of old jewelry has really gone up in the last 10 years - I about go broke shopping for vintage jewelry all year at thrift stores and yard sales! I do.enjoy putting the jewelry trees together but haven’t included lights before, they would make the jewelry look so pretty! That would be something different for this year!

The Disney grolier Christmas ornaments can be worth a little bit, depending on which one it was as some older ones are harder to find and go for more, especially the porcelain ones like the one on your video in the green box you passed. The common ones go for around £10-£12, others £20-30>
