My neighbor gave me the LM2102SP when the self propelled quit working. I was able to fix it with a new wire from the handle top to the motor housing area. It has been working great for a year now. He got a new replacement because it was under warranty but he kept the old one until he gave it to me.

Talk about timing! I am just about get one if these for one of those special birthdays. I have three neighbours who bought their Ego like you about 5 years ago and they love them. I just did my lawn with one of their mowers and can now relate to everything you said on the video. I have already passed my order onto the family purchasing officer(my wife to organise the kids money). Thanks for another great video!

Thanks Sedge and Chris! I have the newer EGO mower and could not be happier. Mine did not come with the phone holder, kind of bummed about that. After getting the mower I got the 16" chain saw and a string trimer. Love all of them!

Thanks for sharing Sedge was curious about the tool bag on your side while mowing? Just wondering if you can let it go for mowing guess not now I’m wondering if you sleep with it! lol You can take the carpenter out of the shop just can’t pry the tool pouch from my cold dead hands, love it thanks for sharing Sedge!

I would have liked to see closeups of grass blades to see how clean they were cut,some mowers will shred the tops off the grass blades,I like a clean cut like scissors did it.😊

I love my ego mower. This time of year when it rains everyday after work has been difficult to find an opportunity to mow tho. The lawn is so tall and wet, my mower bogs down a lot. I wonder if the discharge chute is available as an accessory. It would really help out.

The touch drive buttons are a PIA, and one of my least favorite parts of this mower

I bought the new model before selling my old and i hated it. The ergonomics of the self propelled knob is horrible placement as well as the handle up front. Also, the two blades didn't seem to cut any better than my single blade and also it seemed louder. And lastly, it looks ridicuiculous compared to the older model which actually LOOKS like a lawn mower
