It is a recognition of God’s glory over and over. They are saying it over and over being led by the Holy Spirit. It’s giving revelation to the singer and the listeners. God is speaking to someone and He sometimes has to say it over and over to get into their spirit that has been broken. It’s declaring the word that God is sovereign. God says the weapons of our warfare is not carnal( tangible, hand held) they are spiritual and mighty before God for tearing down strongholds. Strongholds are what’s keeping you from understanding the things of the spirit just like this praise and worship type.
