Bro you have to switch to drinking only water. I use to drink a lot of diet Dr pepper and monsters, anytime I didn't have enough I would get caffeine deprivation. Ever since I stopped no more headaches but it was bad for the first week or two.

Do you think you are addicted to lords mobile? Could you go a week without playing it? For me I was logging in every day and it was a choice between buying packs or paying my bills.
