This is a nice handy saw. Had mine for 4 months, yet last week the c clip which holds washer over chain sleeve popped off and there is no reserve parts for WORX products, so they just replace whole unit and throw out the broken product. Keep receipt, register your product (if you can since their website never shows if it is registered for exte nded 3 year warranty). Have 8 Worx products - like them all but would have chosen differently if I knew did not have reserve parts. Bad policy.

Yes. You need to oil it often. I wouldnt recommend engine oil. Its not the same. They make chainsaw oil better to just get that.

Do you have to hold that safety button the whole time when you're using it or is it just to get it started?

No. You just need to hold the safety button to pull back the trigger all the way.

I honestly dont know. I will be posting a video of me using it to clear a fallen pine tree from an MTB single bike trail. It took some time but it worked well.

No it's not, tools with orange trim are brushed and one's with green/yellow trim are Brushless.

I'm happy you asked. I havent used it in a while but when I used it for the first time in like 3 months I had a problem with the chain becoming to loose and coming partially off the rail. I tightened the bolt to keep the chain taut but it just keeps coming loose. I need to spend more time to figure out why this keeps happening.
