Since they buffed the speed, this thing is so much better, especially with a turbo. Plays like a KV-5 now with better acceleration, better penetration slightly less obvious weak spots and *slightly* less ramming damage... but still good for ramming.

Buffs for IS-5, KV-4 Kresl. were just announced. Even then, you should avoid those tanks. I'd rather put 3 bond equipment units into my favourite Tier 8 premium tank.

Reduce aim time on IS5 by 0.3 secs, reduce dispersion from 0.44 to 0.40, reduce the traverse when moving and tank traverse from 0.23 to 0.20 and possibly give it's 30mm forehead armor a buff so it can't be overmatched by at least 130mm guns(make it at least 45mm instead of 30mm)....Also 10-20m extra view range won't hurt it and increase the shell capacity from 30 to 40 shells....Many ways to buff it and make it pretty nice and worthy of those bonds in a very simple way but WG is too lazy as always.... "We will give it 2 extra degrees of gun depression! That should fix the IS5s awful gun handeling!" Like bruh

Good review again, always my go to guy for this stuff. I just got this thing, it's not great but it does seem the "rare" part is a huge advantage. People seem not to actually look for the weak spots and aim for the lower plate. It is nice driving oddball tanks that tend to confuse the majority of the player base. Oh the bounce of this thing is DD.

I started to grind this tank but a few battle at low tier I decided to sell it. OMG what a waste of time. So slow no armor and an arty magnet. It was just too painful to play. I seldom got matches where I was top tier as well. Hats off to those who stuck it through. I already have the IS4 so just didn't see the point so I ground up the 430U line and am waiting now to buy it once I get enough credits : (

In my 1st year of wot i wasted 1k bonds on 100 6th sense directives and i don't like the beeping noise 3secs after beeing spotted. Bond tanks are fine, choose the right ones.

People hate the KV4 because it plays different and isn't the Is3. For me it was a good balanced tank, it is slow with good sides, high profile and a solid gun.

The Amazing Kreskin! I actually met him when I was a kid. He was doing some sort of deal at the college where my mother was a dean at. I don't remember much about the event, but he and my mom and a some of the faculty talked for quite awhile it seemed. For a kid back then it could have been only ten minutes, but it felt like eternity.

This is a copy and paste of my comment in another video. I just got this tank today for 10,000 bonds and first game was on Abbey. OMG this tank is dirty!!! It is the epitome of a brawler. Gun is boom boom punch you in the face nasty, armor is, yeah hit me awesome and ramming damage is get out of my way mean. This is in my top 10 favorite Tier VIII tanks.
