It's a brand new mold with way more going on like pilot, spreading legs outward, side covers, moveable parts on the rifle, ball jointed and hinged neck/head, hinged hands/fingers, and rocker ankles. There are things that stayed the same though the model jet seems to be the same, diecast feet, and still using the same cartoon gerwalk and batroid mode as their bases of study. The original is still awesome too though imo. 😁

@@cdog4478 interesting, thank you. I was referring to the general style of the plane. In times where the most recognizable form of fighter aircraft is the f22 style, the VF continues to captivate my imagination and hasn't aged at all.

@@guatagel2454 I think you mean the f14 the F22 wasn't even fully shown to us til 2007 Transformers movie 🎥. Starscream!! They couldn't even show certain angles of it to us in that flic 🎥 because of military 🪖🎖️ secrets. The "F-14" was the tomcat jet fighter of that era. That being 1985 ish. 😉

@@cdog4478 I mean F22 because I mean today. Today you look at the VF1 and it still looks like a badass fighter, even tough we are acostumed to see stealth fighters.
I don't understand a word he said, but I can feel his happiness and excitement about this model. For good reason, the amount of articulation in this model is ridiculous!
