I just found out that the original Pelton wheel was invented by Lester Allan Pelton in the 1870s. Mind blowing. Cheers.
@Bouregard38 жыл бұрын
Is there a reason why the wheel and the individual pelton shovels are united to one part? Till now I only saw the shovels as separate parts that can be exchanged when damaged.
@wroarrrrrr8 жыл бұрын
+Bouregard3 yer+s there is reason.When the runner is made from one part is moore compact.When the shovels are welded or screwed on whell can came that the one ore moore shovels are separated from whell and than is big problem i saw wen screwed sholve get thru the body of runner and thru the wall.Total disaster.Sorry for bad english.

Excellent video. I operate a humble 3ax Busellato & Onsrud woodworking CNC. I had to pass on an offer for operator at a shop machining parts for space shuttles, and aerospace for NASA due to the 4 hour commute to York Co. Virginia. It would have been very interesting.

Hello . What tool is used for milling of stainless steel Material 1.4313 . What CAM program programming . As you machines - WOTAN RAPID - 1 and CNC TOS WHN 10 CNC the pros and cons ?
@wroarrrrrr9 жыл бұрын
+Sapr Tag Heloo Toll for roughing is hitachi for finishing is pokolm wotan hawe aerostatic guideways and hydrostatic spindle bearings i hawe Tos 10 cnc is great maschine but wotan is moore precise and stabile by haewy milling and moore pracise for finishing guideways on wotan cant be damaged because of aerostatic. Cam program for machining is Cimatron better of cimatron is only Tebis.Tebis is the best cam - cad on the world at that moment. Thanks for comment - apriciated.

Otherwise, thanks for your sharing of this unexpected machining video ;) and thumbs up for the programming and machine / raw material and tools setup.

@wroarrrrrr9 жыл бұрын
+flouserve heloo can you please in english thanks.
@fortxuzopozopi36927 жыл бұрын
@flouserve7 жыл бұрын
@fortxuzopozopi36927 жыл бұрын
@flouserve7 жыл бұрын
