Stock Gun on Charioteer is not bad either, hence it got the same 225 alpha buff as other 20 pounders on a TDs. Which means you can run this thing like Comet. Oh and please take Spall Liner, it can save your life a lot of times. Especially WT line and 4005 line… sure you either lost dpm or mobility, but have a get out of Jail free card is a great trade NGL

I have played only british tanks since I started WOT, and for what I am seeing, must tech tree british tanks dont receive much love from WG, like the caernarvon has only 190 damage per shot with a reload of 4 - 5 seconds, while the at15 of the same tier does 275 per shot with a 3.5 second reload. Other tanks with a 5 second reload do like 250 -300 per shot a tier 8, even an RU 251 does more damage per shot than a caernarvon...it kinda sucks :(

@@itsmeagainandagain8771 I mean you’re not wrong but I’ll still take the scorpion over it any day of the week. It has more consistent and better DPM with better alpha not to mention it still has APCR (really good APCR at that) and HE that averages 600. Yes the charioteer is more flexible due to the gun depression, lower profile, and OP consumables so there’s an argument to be made that it is the better tank. But if you’re driving this type of tank you’re not trying to get hit anyways cuz if you are then you’ve already messed up. The scorpion also feels more mobile than the charioteer. Either way it kinda just comes down to preference which mine is 100% the scorpion

@@supermechamaker637 something about the Caernarvon kinda make it feel better than the cent 1 for me ngl and that blitzstars wr with caer at 46.69% compared to cent 1's 45.11% does make it feel credible since the caer even gets the upgraded T9 20 pounder Type B barrel gun with cent 1 is stuck with that T8 Type A barrel so less dpm than caer

It just sucks that all british lines suck with exceptions that it is not a tier X. I am too lazy to grind the line. Most of the tanks if all are not my play style other then that TD line but even that I am not in mood to grind tier VI and VII when they got nothing special about them. Also FV4005 V2 is luck luster with overstated gun but not suitable hull for that. Tbh gun loaded 3 shells for 1350 in 6s but Foch 155 gun does 1120 or something in 7s. I sometimes really don't like how WG is balancing their game.
