Carmine Crincoli Yeah, the ending really was onions in my eyes. It’s funny that Donald and Daisy were on the ark for about a whole solar year (Reference: creation.com/images/pdfs/tj/j22_1/j22_1_62-64.pdf ), but never saw each other. I also liked Rhapsody in Blue. That vibe of New York during the Great Depression fits the mood of the piece.

The egotistical rift between Roy Disney and Michael Eisner is legendary. Led to some of the best, and semi-best, animated works of the late 80s and through the 90s. Yet Eisner let his ego get away with him, and refused to relinquish leadership of the company. Still, I love my Disney+ subscription, and use it to the hilt. Thanks for the animated history lesson Isaac, I learned a lot from you.

I love the Pomp and Circumstance segment, but nothing beats that Firebird Suite for me. That said, I love that there's a moment in Pomp and Circumstance where Donald sees a pair of actual ducks board the boat and looks utterly confused, lol.

Amazing! Even tho it was a hated idea, I would still love to see that deleted crossover short with Donald using the sorcerer's hat to fight multiple villains trying to crash a wedding, specially with the highest possible animation quality that Fantasia is known for.

I love that art reigned because without it we would not have the beloved animation and stories in this production we enjoy today. I feel it is still innovative because I never seen anything like this today. Firebird will always be a wonderful classic story in my eyes. I will never get tired of seeing the beautiful green spirit that brought life at the end of the story. I would talk more about this, but it will become a speech that is the length of this video.

I am a huge Fantasia fan. I've loved Fantasia ever since I was a little kid. Back then, Fantasia 2000 was the first Fantasia film I saw. Then by the age of 9, I tried out the 1940 Masterpiece that is Fantasia. For me, it's no contest. They're both beautifully animated and well composed. My favorite segment from Fantasia 2000 is The Firebird Suite and my favorite segment from the original is A Night On Bald Mountain/Ave Maria. Such glorious and beautiful pieces of music and wonderful animation!

Everyone has their opinions on Fantasia, I for one love both films. This love began when my parents took me and my sister to see a re showing of the first Fantasia in the theaters when we were kids (I don't remember when this was) and I fell in love with how the artistry matched so well with the music and vica versa. I was 18 yrs old when Fantasia 2000 was being shown in my small town, I really loved the Firebird suite segment the most, because I being a native of Washington thought at the time Disney was kinda giving the story of Mt. St. Helens a Disney fairytale like feel to it (which I like ). I hope maybe in the future was will get a new take on Fantasia again and see what music is paired with what animation style be it hand drawn or CGI and to see what comes to mind when the animators listens to a piece of music, which was what I thought was the best part of the movie in the first place. We were seeing how one or more artist's take on a piece of music and how it made them feel an the end product was Fantasia and Fantasia 2000.

It's sad that it did not receive more recognition, attention, and honors when it was released. I just thought of something though...Disney has their hand in other animation companies including Dreamworks. Throughout the Kung Fu Panda series, viewers are entertained through different emotions and aspects; however, one question that came to mind while rewatching the second movie was: "What happened to Po's mother after she passed?" Did she get to go to the spirit realm? Will Po or his dad ever be able to see her in the spirit realm? Can she contact Po's father similarly to what Oogway did? She sacrificed herself to save her son and he went on to become the most surprising of all Kung Fu Masters! She deserves to be in the spirit realm. I have only seen the first season of the new spinoff series "Paws of Destiny;" however, I don't believe Po's mother has been fully addressed yet throughout either series beyond earthly death.

I loved Fantasia 2000 as a kid, and I think it's awesome that you decided to make a video centered around its history. Also, if it's alright, I wanted to pitch an idea to you for a future video. As we know, in The Little Mermaid, Ursula made a bargain with Ariel that she would turn her human in exchange for her voice, and if Ariel pulled through and got Eric to kiss her, she'd remain a human, but if not, she'd turn back into a mermaid and Ursula would own her soul forever. But, considering that Ursula attempted to sabotage Ariel's chances by transforming into Vanessa and using Ariel's voice to bewitch the Prince, didn't she go back on her word? She claimed that her contract was unbreakable, but, since she basically broke her own deal, shouldn't that have broken the contract? This is just a question that has personally been bugging me, and I'd appreciate if you made a video on it if you could.

Isaac, there was a recent Disney show almost no one is talking about. Disney put no effort on marketing it at all, the show was sent to die in a single app only avaiable in the Philipines, and then cancelled. It's now on Disney+, and the producer has stated that if it gets enough viewership the company might pick it up for another season, and more youtubers talking about it might create enough interest to boost its Disney+ views. It just happens to star your personal favorite Donald Duck. It's an epic world-trotting 13-episode adventure titled "Legend of the Three Caballeros".

I love Fantasia 2000, but one thing that bugs me to this day is the missing soprano note just shy of 7 minutes into the Pomp and Circumstance segment, as the characters start leaving the Ark. An operatic soprano voice starts singing the melody, but one note - the highest in that particular phrase - is just missing. To me it always sounds as if the singer didn't quite have the range and messed up the high note when first recoring the vocals, and they cut it out to be replaced by a retake, only they forgot to do so. I very much doubt that's what actually happened, but that's what it sounds like to me. Has anyone else noticed this? I always wondered what the hell they were thinking with that decision.
