Yep. It's not just the 2B thighs that can cause a little change to your character model. Chief example among them would be Minfillia's attire which really enhances the chest. A lot of gear pieces from Copied Factory do that(with said caster chest piece making you look like you're wearing a corset) and some other chest pieces that make the chest a bit tighter/bigger.
