FFBE War of the Vision bring up a new tier of unit cost 100 Jeume and Ashen King. I think that this is the next standard of stat which will stay for years to come. Since the cost 100 status are same since 2 years ago, if we aren't counting level change to 140, but the base status. This mark a new beginning, thus, it may be good opportunity for anyone who want to restart on account with a lot of gem hoarding. Those gem can purchase news unit and make a new quick OP teams.

It is opposite of debuff weakning up. So yeah. But i didn't test number on detail.

In WOTV, they are team play between 3 v 3. So comparing one by one is not ideal. But so far, Cloud and Mont looks equal. The rest seem weaker. Sephirtoh is unknown level.
