Japan is in financial trouble because of Japans economic policies for the last 40 years. Trump or Harris wont make any difference with Japans real estate.
@stevens1041Күн бұрын
Why do we like Japan? Because its a safe country. Japan has immigrants, but the immigration system is designed to allow high skilled, high educated immigration (you can check the official Japanese immigration points system checklist online, on official Japanese gov websites to see the points system list and how it works). I wish USA would be more like Japan. The United States now has the third highest population--current rankings are India, China, then the United States. What sort of nation did the leaders of the United States want to build with so many people? Build a nation of quality people rather than some massive high population empire that belongs back in the steam age. That's what I think.
@w.w.sakbeh57110 сағат бұрын
Maybe we like Japan because it provides cover for our own shortcomings and even failures in seizing opportunities in the USA or our other home countries. Some people use Japan as a cocoon to avoid or compensate for not working hard and taking responsibility. The expat life allows us to feel ensconced and point fingers at imaginary culprits and victimize the other. Been there, done that. We’re not going back.

"At least Trump is clear when he speaks" Is that a joke? He can't even Tweet coherently, let alone SPEAK coherent English ... You can call Harris an equivocation machine, that I've got no problem with, but Trump is in a league of his own when it comes to his incoherence, contradictions, and overt, BRAZEN criminality. How can you vote for someone that is PLEDGING that under NO CIRCUMSTANCE will he accept the results of ANY election that he loses? That he will "end" the constitution? Harris is a weak leader behind the hype, but at least she's malleable to public pressure. Out of the two major candidates, it's not even close. "Project 2025" (that Trump apparently "knows nothing about") will damn the United States to a new dark age. I encourage ANYONE here who has NOT read it to look at the text themselves, and understand how it will affect your OWN LIFE before casting their ballot FOR Donald Trump. I DO NOT like Kamala Harris, and I feel that she is going to be an incredibly weak leader whose job is going to be naively to tread the status quo and split the difference between the supreme evil of Wall Street and domestic interest groups, while kowtowing to the needs of the average American in the media. I would go so far as to call some of her policy positions EVIL, and morally repugnant, but at least people opposing her will have a board to stand on and protest from, and AT LEAST her OWN Vice Presidential pick DID NOT COMPARE HER TO ADOLF HITLER. Trump's policy is a white-nationalist Christian ethnostate in defiance of the US Constitution, in exchange for a bank account full of money that Hunter Biden could only DREAM of, and to LITERALLY end US democracy itself in order to DO it (!) This has been WRITTEN DOWN, check Project 2025, we're going to be back to the days of every black person being forced to guess the number of jelly beans in a jar to gain access to their voting ballot! This is NOT an exaggeration, it would be DECRIMINALIZED, and there would be NO federal punishment! Once again, I truly despise Kamala Harris, and would not judge people for not voting for her personally, but there is just NO comparison between the two of these candidates.
