Prob bc he's not just trying to be known for his looks -- with super beautiful people like him, I have noticed they don't want to be known for just that,.it can almost be an Achilles heel when you are that gourgeous. Similar to brad pitt, he wants people to know him for his work, not just his looks, and for many years his looks have overshadowed that and people haven't taken him seriously as an actor (people take him seriously but his outward appearance is always talked about first) Only.maybe in the past 10 years or so has it slightly changed for brad..so I think that's what JL is trying to do as well.

30STM is one of the most underrated bands and I have no idea how they are not more mainstream. Their music, just like everything Jared does is Art, even how he presents himself here is Art. VyRT never got the recognition it deserved either. The epic project of A Day in a Life of America that Jared directed did not seem to get much attention. There is so much to ask Jared about and all James comes up with is climbing and about romcoms.

Jared definately loves to climb during his concerts. I set up shows at the USF sundome and when they came in 2006 he climbed up on seats that push in as a whole section and were like 40 yrs old to get to the 2nd ring of floor, then around the arena and back down to climb back on stage.
