Xavi is not a top team coach, he has a weak mentality, might as well hire Undertaker, to finally bury Barca. he was a great player, don't get me wrong, but a great player does not always mean a great coach and vice versa. Its hard to believe since Lucho, Barca has not been able to hire a top mentality coach. In 15 years they only had two top coaches, Pep and Lucho. where as Madrid have had Zidane, Ancelotti, Mourinho and more. even bayern has had more top mentality coaches in the past 15 years.

If they get ex players to VAR I would say they should get players but from different leagues. For example, a player who only played in the Portuguese league to VAR in the EPL because they won’t have any favoritism to a team. And a player who only played in the EPL to VAR in like the Bundesliga. But don’t have something dumb like Oliver Kahn as VAR in the Bundesliga where he clearly favors a team.

Why is Kieran Gibbs employed at ESPN? An average player at best, played in one of the worst Arsenal teams in history, and who was granted a green card based on a handful of MLS games. Barcelona needs Mourinho. He will cause enough chaos in that dressing room that might cause some players there to either step up their game or push for an exodus. OMG yes! Please just get this guy away from Bayern Munich. What a last-minute loser. Tuchel literally pulled the rug out from under our club and lost us a UEFA Champions League semi-final in the last 10 minutes of the game! Who in their right mind subs off Harry Kane, Leroy Sane AND Jamal Musiala against Real Madrid, while they are a goal up, in the dying minutes of a game? Did Tuchel want to appear to be a top coach who can shuffle things up? He certainly got a drastically different outcome. Real Madrid breathed a sigh of relief and went on to score twice without worry. Quick and easy after your opposition removes three 100 million dollar players from the playing field.

FC Barcelona needs to have an emergency election and or sale of the club to competent owners rather than worrying about new coaches because that is what the situation alway was once Bartomeu created this mess and Laporta was unable to solve it. Listen the finances at FC Barcelona will not become better overnight unless a sale occurs as with any clubs but due to the setup of FC Barcelona the solution is there but the tradition stops it. So in that case have an emergency election and get a new board in place because its not going to solve the problem with getting a new coach especially top tier proven coaches because they don't want a club with only a rich history they want or demand a competitive budget so they can compete with the top clubs of Europe, plain and simple, nothing has ever changed in all those that I mentioned.

We finished 2nd in La Liga. Made it to the quarter finals of CL. Should have beat RM in 2 of the matches.
