Come to my coastal town where the government have dumped every migrant in to our small towns with lack of resources which we don’t have. Doctors are full now because those they have dumped on us from London their migrants and paid moving expenses, deposit for private accommodation. Why? Where will the new consumers, borrowers and economy stimulatetors come from............ If not from the immigrants and the children of the ethnic ppl and Muslims? Is ALL this muslim ppl fault. I hope demographic change happens peacefully and without violence and that the ppl that suffered racism, forgive their abusers. I remember the racism our ppl faced in East London at the hands of whites in the 1980s. Now they are no longer having enough kids to replace themselves and are mainly old. The Muslim population is the youngest in Britain and 1000s of young men between the ages of 18 to 40 are entering the uk every year. NHS....you talk to anyone who works in A&E and they'll tell you they are over run with patients particularly over the weekend coming in with alocohol/drug concerns. It's time to start charging them, and increasing their income tax contributions,the NHS was created to help the genuine sick, not those that deliberately abuse themselves.

I want to know why our health secretary has said that welsh and Scottish people can come into England for treatment to get their NHS waiting list's down. The Scottish and Welsh government's are responsible for their NHS. We have long waiting list's for treatment in England with our own NHS. So are the English going to be pushed further down the waiting list's to enable the bailing out of the Scottish and Welsh NHS?
