I have this exact car. I have the G model. It has personal cassette player in the back, rear fridge between the two back speaker that turns on with rear air conditioning. Personal rear passenger lights, all seats are heated and moveable in all directions. All the horsepower you need.

Turning radius is small. But after driving it for 2 weeks straight when I got back in a newer civic I thought 'why does my finger tips feel like they're being sandpapered?' My rear passenger commented "there's something wrong with the Honda" -- I laughed and replied 'You just got used to the Crown' 😂

Thanks for this video. I have similar cars in Finland, GS131 with 1G-GZE and MS135 with 7M-GE. They are worth to save. Actually 130 series was the last real Crown.

I have finally fixed all the problems with this car. It had a power sucking issue that cost 700NZD to resolve, and that did not actually resolve it. The first idiot i paid charged me 700 to tell me that it still has a leak after pulling out a GPS unit hidden behind radio (in an almost impossible location to find). The second one i went to diagnosed it as being a corroded part in the radio, turns out the stock radio and many other front instruments are all hooked up to the same wiring platform. So he had to change the wiring setup so that the car interior lights dont flash on when u open the door, the car only recognizes it's on when the ignition is turned to ON, then it clicks on now it doesn't suck power, the air suspension had a leak in the bag and no one was able to repair it. I ended up putting in sports suspension and softend it to a point where it's not as good as the air, but almost eats speed bumps. That cost me 4,600 nzd. which is quite a sum as some welding needed to be done fabrication of some description. I still have the stock radio inside and i am dedicated to having everything on this car 100% completely stock. I am getting the radio taken out soon and am sending it to a professional who can possibly fix it. All the best.

Now the steering is bad, the guy who i bought it off took it too a shitty mechanic who ruined the steering arm. Now it makes noises and clunky. IM taking it to a pro when i have some spare money. It stil only has 60,000ks on the clock so im going to be keeping it alive for as long as i can.@@BuiltbyApes

Are these hard to keep repaired in the USA?
@BuiltbyApes Жыл бұрын
Its hard to say as we dont live in the US. We've seen parts sometimes popped up on ebay and other marketplace. Bottom line is, taking care of this car is pretty much like any other old 90's car.
