Great content. A couple of points: First, glad to hear you learned your lessons on dating single mothers. With over 60% of single black women having one or more children, the likelihood you or another brother in your age demographic will date women with children is virtually certain. But there must be very strict boundaries that separate the dealing you have with a single black woman and her being a mother.

When I was in Alexandria, dating women in DC was a no go. Majority of the women were/are the same (same hobbies, experiences, etc). And Majority of the women had careers and high level degrees. Only people in DC should date DC people. Maybe Maryland

@ Like how many kids. If she was married and divorced and for what reason. What is the relationship with the kids father? I want no parts of a bad situation when there are plenty of women with no kids. How old are kid(s)? Are the kids well behaved? And if she had kids being unmarried is she cool just popping out kids without marriage? If so then that would probably be a deal breaker for me. The woman with the kid or kids would have to be a phenomenal women for me to choose her over women without kids.

I will say there not that many options for wives since most women there are focused on career 🤷🏾‍♂️ but have had several women wanting to pursue relationships with me but I just got out of a decade relationship so I’m not trying to jump back in at the moment

I love in Atlanta and shes one of the chicks thats the shit in her city and can't compete so she went back to the g league (her hometown) Regular chicks stay running back home. They're not built for the league. Its so many bad chicks here and all the colleges have a bunch of bad jawns graduating every year and like she said its 15 to 1 Shes not used to men having their way
