It looks like he made Chicken Katsu (just the chicken part, you can find a recipe for that), toasted some sub sandwich bread, and then made a simple sauce by dicing 4 cloves of garlic, and he cooks about 3 tbsps of butter down with the garlic, then adds 1 cup of heavy cream, a bit of black pepper, and the head of a parsley, stirs it together then adds about half a block of Parmesan cheese and stirred that in too. Then he slapped it all together. Hope this helps!
