Absolutely not. Actually quite the opposite. Each eggs has ~60% of the daily recommended cholesterol. The meat has an insane amount of fat, and in top of that he is making like I have no idea how many pounds of it... Ah and the American cheese has also way too much fat as well, and he is using three slices. It is fine if you moderately consume one of them... But binge eating a ton of all those fats and cholesterols are probably damaging your cardiovascular system if you're not careful
