Most people would do this in most countries. If it were here in the usa and i saw him, i'd not give him my jacket at 1st. I'd know his parents were around somewhere, i'd let him stay cold for a while cause it would make him tougher. I'd wait 10 minutes at least to toughen him up, he'd be better off for it in the long run. I think these people in Norway did the same
Many American have awoken to reality and struggle for existence because an inept, morally bankrupt, thieving, dogmatic, aristocratic, all things Big Government has left them no choice. The People don't start wars; government does. Charity begins at home; and Big Government has left many homeless, jobless, and taxed to the curb.

@Widdekuu915 жыл бұрын
@@AlysN1dr I thought that was just me! With the caregiving thing... Whenever I see a nurse in a documentary complaining about changing diapers, I wonder why she chose that job. Some teenagers are simply acting out a bit with anxiety-issues, usually complaining about feeling sad/worried. Those are fine, they're just feeling miserable, they'll get better. But I've also met the kind of human that has been hurt in the past só badly and chose to turn against humanity. They will respond violently against any friendly comment, try to provoke people into feeling miserable as well, they get a 'wicked' smile on their face when panic breaks out. How will they respond to the responsibilities of caring for others, what if they curse and throw with things when things don't go their way. It frightens me.

@DuskSunDawn10 жыл бұрын
Érik Escobedo I'm not guessing. I'm saying it based on logic, common sense and experience. It's well known that some circumstances make people feel more pity and confidence. This concrete situation is the typical one that people highly wouldn't feel/think/suspect that the person could harm them or that the person is someone unrealiable, And they highly would feel that they must do something about it. Think about it changing the person ( year, genre, height, weight, skin color, hair color...) and its aspects (how dressed, how clean, actitude, carring bags, showing physical disability...). No, I'm saying that it's highly expected to see people helping in this concrete case. I'm saying that this response is not "uncommon" in this case. I'm saying that it's an "easy exam", though it doesn't mean that most people would be aproved of course.

Humans are naturally caring and compassionate. Even the most evil of humans began life with caring and compassion. It is a cold harsh world that turns hearts to stone. Although this video is touching, would they have reacted the same way if the boy was instead a dirty hairy homeless man? A living being is a living being. I have suffered at times (sometimes greatly) due to my actions towards others. However every one of them was worth it. The bitter cold doesn't stand a chance against a warm heart and a kind gesture towards another being in need.

This commercial is new form of making these kinds of commercials instead of using people that actually have this terrible life situation such as children in Syria. Because this is what the world has come too. If there is anything bad, put it on TV and it will make it a whole lot better; It doesn't work like that. Lot of people usually say that North European folks are cold. Well, that's bullshit. Kindest people I ever met were from some countries in North Europe. Norway might be a freaking cold place, but when it comes to Norwegians it's a complete different story

To be fair though, that kid *was* pretty cold. And those strangers who give him their coats were probably also very cold :P

@MsWaza12311 жыл бұрын
quite frankly this video is not surprisng at all. it doesn't even restore my faith in humanity, and if something this small suddenly makes you think humanity is ethically correct, you need to leave the house more. they may be sweet gestures, but what else did you expect? we all expected the same outcome and that's what we got. it's not good humanity, it's common fucking sense. if a little kid is freezing their ass of in the snow, of course you would try and help them out. its not rocket science.
@SamuelJamez1711 жыл бұрын
I have been living in a neighbourhood where frankly, everybody looks like hates everybody and when a certain need of aid comes along, very few of us are willing to take the risks to give help without being critisized or beat up. but this video made me realise that there is actually good out there rather than the hatred that we are all influenced upon

@SicknessWin11 жыл бұрын
blaivan89 wow, what a blatantly ignorant comment, guess you're one of those who just belive that racism is EVERYWHERE and that every white man is a racist. Sure, go ahead if that makes you smile more everyday. The reason nobody would have given you their jacket is just you're own attitude.
