Hi! The thing with the PH scale is a known myth. It changes to the same pink in everyone, it really just looks different on different lip colours and with skin tones ❤ Typically heat activated!

Actually yes. The colour changes when it’s in alkaline environment. The more alkaline it is, the brighter the colour to a certain degree. Having said that, everyone’s skin is usually within the same range which is slightly acidic and our saliva is slightly alkaline. And no, it’s NOT heat activated. I’m a dental surgeon & study cosmetic/formulation chemistry on the side.

You need the smallest slash (drop) of blue in this to get it to that green you did have.

The problem I have with a lot if color changing lip glosses and sticks, is that they typically change to like, HOT pink and then don't come off because something about the reaction also turns it into a stain. Does this happen with your glosses?
