I did this recently Emma when you mentioned it before and it works!! After I wrote my list I kept hearing the song by the beach boys "wouldn't it be nice" every time I turned on the radio!! Defo a sign from the universe that what I had asked for was on its way :)

I wouldn’t use the word “if.” I recommend something like “wouldn’t it be nice to be in a loving relationship with someone who loves and adores me.” “Wouldn’t it be nice to always have more money coming in than going out.”

Try using The Emotion Code book by dr Bradley Nelson, it talks about trapped emotions (energies) in our bodies and how to release them. I ve been working with a professional as well by myself and it is making the biggest difference in my life, more than medicine and anything else. I ve had anxiety, crippling anxiety to the point I could not even speak, my breath was so shallow and i could only blink , just so you understand that I feel you. Please look into this book, youtube the emotion code and the heart wall and heal your emoyions. Btw LOA doesnt always work if we have blocked energies in our bodies.
