How Wounded Warrior Project helped Jessica Coulter recover from PTSD

See how Jessica Coulter copes with post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression and flashbacks as a result of years of silence after being sexually assaulted by a military
police officer.
Jessica is a single parent who’s overcoming symptoms of PTSD and depression. Supporting her family and holding a job was difficult because of the symptoms she faced. As Jessica navigated the Veteran's Association to file her complaint of sexual assault, she turned to WWP for support. After successfully filing her complaint, Jessica was able to find peace through practicing yoga. She even became a yoga teacher to help other service men and women cope with the effects of war.

Hi, im just watching this since my mom didn’t want us to watch (I see why now), and I just wanted to say thank you. This was a lot of fun to make. I was a kid so I thought we were just making a movie. But watching this, i just wanted to say Thank you for your prayers. We did go through a lot growing up, but my mother is so strong. I recently graduated HS, and my brother is on his last year. My mother found a good job, and is doing a lot better. I know this is not addressed to the WWP, but I just want to thank them for all they have done and are doing.
