I have used the pouring method on the mirror. However, I removed paint in different sections to allow the mirror to show through. I have put a picture of my work on instagram. I will try the all purpose filler on my next attempt. As usual, I really liked your result. Your always coming up with great & inventive ideas!

It's very beautiful - it all turned out so well. The dirty pour without the cells, definatly looks so much nicer, as one is looking downwards. I find working with the glue gun, very difficult with fine lines - your fabulous secret to use filler paste, looks so much easier - is it putty or something else? I do not know what it is called in German, I have asked before, but had infortunatly no answer? It looks amazing! The resin just makes it pop so much - uttery beautiful. 💕

So pretty! Love the KOI fish. I think you said you had already varnished the background before you started outlining with the paste. Did I hear that right? I didn’t think you paint on top of varnish. Did you seal the background with something different than regular clear picture varnish?
