More than once I have been able to prove to Mormons (not Momon) that Joseph Smith was a false prophet and organizer of a modern day cult. All we need is the truth found in the witness of the Gospels and New Testament Epistles and that is that Jesus and only Jesus can save us from our sins, and him alone. As I once told two Mormon Missionaries after asking them able the doctrine of Melchizedek (which they could not explain) and showing them in the book of Hebrews that Jesus Christ is a Priest of whom there is non greater, so why do I need your Melchizedek Priesthood, which you don't even understand, when I have Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior....they quickly left my place of business after expressing it was something about which they had not thought. One day this mysterious guy shows up and he looked really confused and I asked "Can I help you? and he said with a quizzical look on his face. "Do you have any juice?" and I said yes and sold a pint of Orange Juice to him and he left. Later that night it finally dawned on me, he was sent to proselytize to me and he never asked if I was the one who ordered the book I never really read it but he never saw my Bible off to the side which I have read.

Luke 15 : The Parable of the Lost (it has 3 parables, the parable of the lost son being my personal favorite out of the three) That one in particular talks about how a man had a son that went off to live a life full of sin, and how when he returned to his father, all way forgiven and even a banquet was thrown! Your testimony really touched me. I'm sitting here looking out over lake Erie. It is between rain drissle and snow. Corona virus has everyone locked down. I just retired. I was to become a chaplain to be with those afflicted in hospice hospitals,nursing homes and homeless shelters. Well, not happening at the moment. I have been staying close to Jesus. It is very good to read. I read a lot, quite a lot. But, at some point a decision is "on the table." You can wait and wait and wait until you read 10, 50 or 100 more books, but you will know when it is right to say, I BELIEVE. MoRo Gaming Either Gods word is completely true or it’s not. We believe the God who gave the Old Testament gave the New Testament as well. Because New Testament is the revelation or fulfillment of the Old Testament. Try and read the Bible just like any other book and see for yourself. +All hearing Eye If Judaism is the "false" path, then why did Jesus choose it? Jews do not like other Jews converting to Christianity because: 1. They believe it is polythiestic or idolotris. Things for which God has dealt harshly with the Jews through antiquity by dispersment and allowing His chosen people to be persecuted; which brings me to: 2. Jews were crucified on crosses. Crusifiction was a brutal, agonizing, shameful and horrific way to die. It could take up to three days to die on a cross.Far from a symbol of hope and Grace for Jews. Through out history, the Roman Catholic has tortured, forced conversion, and routinely killed Jews. All while wearing crosses. 3. There are Jews named in the Bible as being in heaven BEFORE the comming of Christ. Enoch and Elijah to name just two. So while the Old Testament scriptures foreshadow the comming Christ, some believe the Jews already had a relationship with Messiah as ELOHEIM. Don't forget God purposely blinded the Jews to the truth of Jesus, so that Grace could come to the gentiles. We need to stop judging.
