I sell all materials I get from skinning in this farm on the auction house. I use TSM (Trade Skill Master) with the app helper and default profile settings, to list everything on the auction house. Maybe I should do a video on how to set up all that?

From my understanding, harvesting mainly helps you generate more quantity of skinning materials, the biggest boost in speed per mob skinned I found was the Darkmoon Firewater, it's actually crazy how much faster it goes.

"LootAppraiser Reloaded" on Curse Forge. If you look in the Overview tab of the add-on, there are 3 different display types. Pretty sure I have it set to the smallest /laa option

Where do you turn in the shards to get the bee mount ? Today was my first day doing this farming. I got 2 shards

It depends on what gathering build you are going for. My personal strategy was to generate as much skinning materials as possible, so I stacked as much Finesse as possible, which does exactly that. I'd recommend searching KZbin for skinning builds and see if you can find one you like to follow.
